Firestone Park Trust and Savings Bank

The Rubber City Savings Bank became the Firestone Park Trust and Savings Bank in 1919. In 1944 it became the Firestone Bank. The pictured building was located on the corner of Miller Street and Main Street.

1912 On this day in 1912, Theodore Roosevelt spoke to a crowd of more than 10,000 from the grandstand in Grace Park.
1931 On this day in 1931, the 6-story, 450-room Mayflower Hotel was opened.
